Turkey Hash

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, diced
  • 2 cups diced potatoes (or frozen hashbrowns)
  • ½ cup That Pickle Guy Chunky Giardiniera (hot or mild), strained
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 eggs (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté until soft.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook until crispy, about 8–10 minutes.
  3. Stir in turkey, TPG Chunky Giardiniera, paprika, and black pepper. Cook until heated through.
  4. Serve as is, or top with a fried or poached egg.
