Lox and Muffalata Cream Cheese Bagel

Ingredients:

  • 1 bagel, sliced and toasted
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata (mild, classic, or spicy), strained
  • 3 oz smoked salmon (lox)
  • 3–4 slices red onion
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix cream cheese and TPG Olive Muffalata.
  2. Spread the mixture on both halves of a toasted bagel.
  3. Top with smoked salmon, red onion, and a squeeze of lemon.
  4. Garnish with fresh dill and serve.
