Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup That Pickle Guy Minced Giardiniera (hot or mild), strained
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix hashbrowns, cheese, TPG Minced Giardiniera, onions, bell peppers, sour cream, soup, and seasonings.
  3. Spread into the baking dish.
  4. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
