Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup TPG Minced Giardiniera, strained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and TPG Minced Giardiniera.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the dressing with the cabbage mixture until well combined.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
