Ingredients
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup TPG Chunky Giardiniera, strained
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken or ground beef (optional)
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa or pico de gallo
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the chips.
- Add the TPG Chunky Giardiniera, cooked chicken or ground beef (if using), and red onion on top of the cheese-covered chips.
- Sprinkle with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper for extra flavor.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh cilantro, and a drizzle of sour cream and salsa or pico de gallo.
