Ingredients:
- 1 package pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup TPG Chunky Giardiniera, strained
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread a thin layer of TPG Chunky Giardiniera across the dough.
- Sprinkle with pepperoni, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Roll the dough into a tight log, then slice into individual rolls.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and a pinch of salt.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
