Fried Pickle Dip

Ingredients

  • ½-¾ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup TPG pickles, finely diced + some for garnish
  • 1-2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Over medium heat, melt butter in a pan and add Panko breadcrumbs. Lightly toss and toast until golden. Remove from heat and cool. Reserve 2 tbsp for garnish
  2. To a medium bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix to combine. If consistency is too thick, add 1 tbsp of pickle juice and/or lemon juice.
  3. Allow to chill for 30 minutes
  4. Add garnish and serve with chips of choice or crackers
