Egg Salad with Diced Pickles

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • ¼ cup That Pickle Guy Dill Chips, diced
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix eggs, diced TPG dill chips, mayo, mustard, and seasonings.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Serve on toasted bread, crackers, or lettuce wraps.
