Ingredients:
- 3 cups boiled potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 cup TPG Dill Chips, chopped
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine boiled potatoes, chopped pickles, and crumbled bacon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, Dijon mustard, and parsley.
- Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
