Dill Pickle Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup TPG Dill Chips, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
     

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped dill chips, mayo, Dijon mustard, red onion, and fresh dill.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve on a bed of greens or as a sandwich.
