Ingredients:
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup That Pickle Guy Minced Giardiniera (hot or mild), strained
- ½ cup diced onions
- ½ cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix hashbrowns, cheese, TPG Minced Giardiniera, onions, bell peppers, sour cream, soup, and seasonings.
- Spread into the baking dish.
- Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
