Giardiniera and Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 package pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup TPG Chunky Giardiniera, strained
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of TPG Chunky Giardiniera across the dough.
  4. Sprinkle with pepperoni, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Roll the dough into a tight log, then slice into individual rolls.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and a pinch of salt.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
