Pickle-Stuffed Mushrooms

 Ingredients:

  • 20 large mushroom caps
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped TPG Dill Chips
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional)

 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped pickles, Parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley.
  3. Stuff mushroom caps with the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs if desired.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
