Ingredients:
- 20 large mushroom caps
- 1/4 cup finely chopped TPG Dill Chips
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped pickles, Parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Stuff mushroom caps with the mixture.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs if desired.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
