Ingredients
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz. parmesan cheese
- 4 oz. TPG Olive Salad, strained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, half the mozzarella, half the parmesan, and a few pinches of salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl
- Gently fold in the Olive Salad.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish or medium sized cast iron skillet. Spread evenly and top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Then broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown
- Serve immediately with crackers or fresh bread
