Ingredients

  1. 8 oz. sour cream
  2. 8 oz. cream cheese
  3. 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  4. 4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  5. 2 oz. parmesan cheese
  6. 4 oz. TPG Olive Salad, strained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, half the mozzarella, half the parmesan, and a few pinches of salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl
  3. Gently fold in the Olive Salad.
  4. Transfer to a greased baking dish or medium sized cast iron skillet. Spread evenly and top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan. 
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Then broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown
  6. Serve immediately with crackers or fresh bread
