Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 10 oz. chopped spinach
- 14 oz. canned artichoke – drained and finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup Hot Minced Giardiniera – strained
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a bowl, combine artichoke, spinach, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, giardiniera, garlic powder, & salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well mixed
- Transfer to baking dish and bake in oven for 20-25 mins or until top is lightly browned
- Remove from oven, top with additional giardiniera if desired
- Serve with crackers or chips & enjoy!
RECIPE MODIFICATION! You can use any of our other TPG Muffalata or Giardiniera if you prefer!
