That Pickle Guy’s Awesome Dip

That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata (Mild or Spicy)
8oz Cream Cheese (Regular, Whipped or Light)

Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
Use a fork to draw out or strain the Olive Muffalata.

**Try to drain as much oil as possible**   

Add Olive Muffalata (4-6 ounces to start) to bowl

Mix well together & Taste for perfection!

You can add more Olive Muffalata for more flavor.

**Serve as a dip or spread with your cracker or with  Tortilla chips, Frito Scoops, Pita bread/chips, French bread, Bagels, Salami etc.**

That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata (Mild or Spicy)

Fresh Bread - French, Sour Dough, Kaiser – Large Round Loaf - Any choice of Fresh bread will do.
Sliced Honey Ham, Polish Ham, Genoa Salami, Cappicola (Italian Ham) or Bologna.
Sliced Cheese - Provolone, Mozzarella, Monterey Jack.

Slather That Pickle Guy's Olive Muffalata on bottom side of your roll or bread.

Layer deli meats (of your choice) and top with cheese.

Again, Slather the top of cheese with Olive Muffalata.  

Place bread on top to complete the sandwich.

Cut in quarters, close your eyes & enjoy New Orleans!

Kevin’s EZ Sunday Roll Up’s

That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata (Mild or Spicy)

Deli Meat and sliced Cheese of your choice.
Any condiment or vegetable of your choice.

Fresh crisp lettuce or sliced crunchy pickles
Fresh Tortilla's

Place Tortilla flat on a plate. Add Meat, Cheese, and any other stuff you choose.
Spread on Olive Muffalata (Thin or Slathered).
Roll up (Slice in sections if desired) and Devour... YUM!

Tasty Chicken Pasta Salad: 2-3 servings

That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata (Mild or Spicy)

4 cups Pasta (Al dente) – I like Mostaccioli or Shells

1 cup TPG Olive Muffalata (Lightly drained w/fork)

12oz to 2 Cups sliced/chopped Chicken (baked or canned)  

*Optional : 2 TBS Light Mayonnaise

Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Add Pasta in a Medium to large mixing bowl.

Add Olive Muffalata (Lightly drained w/ fork) & Mayo.

Mix together till very consistent.

Chill for 1-2 hrs if time allows before serving.

Top with shredded Parmesan cheese before serving.

That Pickle Guy’s TASTY Burgers, Meatball’s or Meatloaf
That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata (Mild or Spicy)

1 LB Ground Hamburger meat (You can substitute: Ground Turkey/Chicken or Vegetarian ground)

Place Hamburger meat into a mixing bowl.

Fork in the entire jar of That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata Add some oil for extra flavor and moisture.

With your hands thoroughly mix together.

For Hamburgers: pat together creating ½ lb burgers and grill.

Note: Do not continually flip. Flipping only once will keep your hamburger in tact and juicy!

For Meat Balls - roll into golf ball size balls – add to a baking sheet and bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. *Optional: First sear balls in sauté pan with butter & brown.

For Meatloaf – Place meat into a non-stick loaf pan. Season or top with Ketchup or whatever you like.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until your meatloaf is thoroughly cooked.

Amazing Salad Dishes

That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata (Mild or Spicy)

Chicken or Green Salad – 1 serving or bowl

Slices of Roasted or Baked Chicken white meat.

Mixed Greens, Butter, Bib, Spinach etc.

1 to 2 tbsp. TPG Olive Muffalata (Lightly drain w/ fork).

1 to 2 tbsp. Feta or Blue Cheese crumbles.

*Optional: ½ - 1 TBS Italian, Ranch, Blue cheese or Oil/Vinegar Dressing – Just for some added moisture.

Cut or chop. Toss all together and serve.

Minus the Chicken for a Great Green salad.

Chicken /Tuna Salad: 2-3 serving/bowl

Single serving of Canned White Chicken or Tuna

2 TBS tbsp. Olive Muffalata (Lightly drained)

*Optional: ½ - 1 tbsp. Light Mayonnaise

Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Thoroughly drain Chicken/Tuna.

Add to a medium or large mixing bowl.                 

Add Olive Muffalata (lightly drained w/ fork) & Mayo.

Mix together until very consistent.

Chill for 1-2 hrs if time allows before serving.

If chilled, re-toss and taste to see if more Olive Muffalata or Mayo are needed for added moisture of flavor.

Top shredded Parmesan cheese before serving.

That Pickle Guy’s Quick Yummy Olive Muffalata Marinara

That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata (Mild or Spicy)

3 Garlic Cloves chopped fine

2-3 TBS Olive Oil

2-3 Fresh diced tomatoes & any other fresh vegetables

8oz can tomato paste

2 cans Tomato sauce – you can substitute one can with Stewed Tomatoes

Pinch of dried Basil & Oregano (if fresh add 2 TBS)

Sauté each vegetable group for 2-3 minutes until tender.

Add tomatoes for 2 minutes and then garlic.

Add TPG Olive Muffalata (lightly drain w/ fork).

Then add Basil and Oregano.

Pour in Tomato Sauce and Tomato Paste & stir.

Blend in the Tomato Paste thoroughly.

Simmer – Taste – Season if necessary w/ Pasta.

That Pickle Guy’s Olive Pork or Beef Tenderloin Medallions

That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata (Mild or Spicy)

2 medium sized Pork or Beef Tenderloins

3 Garlic Cloves chopped fine or garlic pressed

2-3 TBS Olive Oil

2-3 TBS Balsamic Vinegar

Large Onion diced & any vegetable of your choice.

½ - 1 Cup Red or White Wine

1-2 TBS Butter

A couple pinches of Dried Basil & Oregano

Salt & Pepper – along with any other spices you wish to season your Pork or Beef

Season the Pork or beef Tenderloins.

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix together That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata (Lightly drained with a fork), Garlic, Balsamic vinegar, Onion, Basil & Oregano.

Preheat sauté pan (medium) & Add 2 TBS Olive Oil.

Sear one tenderloin at a time making sure to uniformly sear each tenderloin on all of the sides.

Reserve Tenderloins on a large platter, let sit.

Deglaze the pan – Lower heat to medium & add Wine and Butter. Use a wooden spoon to push and scrap the bottom of the pan, releasing all debris.

Pour deglazed remains into a bowl.

Cut tenderloins into 2-3 inch chunks.

The Pork /Beef should be pink in the center.

Add the cut tenderloins chunks to the large bowl containing Olive Muffalata mix made earlier.

Add the deglazed juices and Toss together.

If it appears dry you can always add more Olive Oil.

Scrap everything into a large baking pan or dish.

Use a spatula to scrape all the wonderful juices.

Bake for 20-30 minutes depending choice of meat and your desired temperature of meat.

Serve by itself, over pasta, rice or mashed potatoes.

That Pickle Guy’s Crock Potted Muffalata Chicken

That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata  (Mild or Spicy)

Whole Chicken 3-5 LBS

8-10oz Chicken or Vegetable Broth

2 Celery Stalks & 2 carrots trimmed & diced chunky

1 Yellow Onion quartered & diced in chunky pieces

3 Garlic cloves halved

Olive Oil

Salt, Pepper and seasonings of your choice

Preheat the oven to 400.

Preheat your Crock Pot to High.

NOTE: You can use a large deep pan with a lid.

Then put the Chicken (in it’s normal position) in a baking or roasting pan.

Drizzle Olive Oil over the chicken, with your hands rub to coat the entire bird. Season the entire Chicken.

Bake the Oven for 15-20 minutes or until the skin is nice and golden. NOTE: Watch as not to burn.

Pour the Chicken Broth into the Crock (Make sure the bottom has broth about ½ inch deep.

Add Olive Muffalata, Garlic cloves and all vegetables to crock-pot and give them a toss or two.

Place the Chicken directly on top of the mix.

Ladle some of the mix over top of chicken.

Crock on High for 30 minutes, then lower to medium or low for about 2-3 hours – your choice.

To serve: Take out chicken and pull meat off the carcass (remove all bones!).

Put chicken meat on a serving plate. Spoon the vegetables, Olive Muffalata and juices over the meat.  Can be served by itself, over pasta or rice. Delicious!

Greg’s EZ Friday Night Fish

That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata (Mild or Spicy)

Fresh Fish Fillet (Sea Bass, Sole, Salmon, Tilapia etc.)

¼ - ½ Wedged Lemon slices or Lemon juice


Place Tinfoil in shallow baking pan or sheet.

Lay fish on tinfoil (allow enough extra tinfoil to wrap).

Fork TPG Olive Muffalata over the entire fillet.

Squeeze Lemon wedges over Olive Muffalata.

Fold up tinfoil so it is completely sealed.

Either place in 350 degree oven or on med-high grill.

Cook to desire doneness (10-15 min depending on cut)

Unwrap and serve by itself or over any style of rice.

Alex’s Munchie Olive Muffalata Pizza

Frozen: Fork TPG Olive Mufffalata on pizza.

Cook in oven and enjoy the awesome aromas.

Delivered: Your favorite thin, pan or deep dish Pizza.

Top each bite or slice with a fork full of Olive Muffalata.

Caution: You may eat a slice or two more than usual due to unusual temptations!




    You can use our That Pickle Guy
    Olive Muffalata Mild or Spicy Salad:

    1/4 c. That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata Spicy HOT
    3 tbsp. fresh parsley
    optional: large pinch red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp. each oregano and basil
    2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar


    1 large round loaf bread
    1/3 lb. salami, thinly sliced
    1/3 lb. Provolone, thinly sliced
    1 red onion, sliced in circles
    1/3 lb. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
    1/3 c. Prosciutto and/or Capicola ham, thinly sliced
    Open a bottle of That Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata Spicy HOT
    Slice the bread in half at the equator, slicing off the top portion (like a cap) and scoop out some of the center of loaf. Drizzle oil from salad on both top and bottom halves, using a good deal of the mixture for the bottom half.
    Layer the olive salad, cold cuts, cheeses, and layer again until all ingredients are used. Top with bread top (cap). I let this sit, weighted down with a heavy frying pan or a clean, covered/brick for about an hour or more.
    Slice into 6 wedges.

    Variation: Thinly sliced pancetta may be sautéed and used in addition to other cold cuts.
